Christmas Card Giveaway and A Picture Edited
Haley Warner, the photograper who took our family pictures, recently had a Christmas card giveaway. I thought that was a great idea and felt I should do the same. So if you’d like to try your luck at winning a set of 25 christmas cards just leave a comment (examples of some are a couple posts below). You don’t need to be a past client of mine to win. Also, you can send in any picture and I will edit and spruce it up for you to put on your card or just have. I will randomly select a winner on SATURDAY Nov. 1. Good luck and MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Marvelous Mom Interview
Awhile back I got an email letting me know that my dear, sweet friend Marci nominated me for being a “marvelous mommy”. Totally flattered by that (thought for a tiny second it might be a joke) :0). Today I was featured at The lil Peanut Patch Website and you can check it out. It’s a very cool site for the mammas. *My disclaimer: Okay, so a typical day doesn’t always include working out…but I’m trying really hard……and I love you all……
Can you believe it
There are only about 60 days until Christmas. I wanted to provide some Christmas card templates for those of you that I have photographed this past year. The pictures and wording can be customized. They come in packs of 25 and are printed on linen paper. They also will come with envelopes. The cards are $2.00 per card or buy two packages of 25 and I will give them to you for $1.75 per card. Orders need to be in by Dec. 1st. Just send me an email at jannabeecher@gmail.com. Thanks and good luck with your Christmas preps. (Also, thanks to all those who modeled for the cards!

Grand People
The grandparents (my padres) stopped by on their way home to Seattle. (It’s so nice to be within driving distance now.) We headed to Park Ave. Bakery which is a little piece of heaven. And then we walked up the road to Reeder’s Alley. It’s quiet and has the coolest old buildings and a great antique shop.
(dad and mum)
Below is a pic outside of the antique shop. Cinnamon Toast, owned by one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Collecting cool things is a hobby of hers. It reminds me a little of Anthropologie, only 1/4 of the price. So nice. It’s open Sat. 10-4 (or by appt.) My mom and I peaked in the windows and I saw a cool vintage pillow (one of a kind). The shop wasn’t open though so I couldn’t buy it. I headed over there on Sat. to check out pillow and gauk at red chair I’ve been wanting for some time now. Shop owner gave me a big smile and said “I talked to your mom”
I said, “My Mom. Seattle, my mom, from…” I was confused…
She said, “Yup, your mom called and bought you the pillow.”
WHAT!!! Talk about make my month. THANK YOU MOM! I always knew I was your favorite daughter.
W. Family Preview
Last week I was able to photograph another great family/friends of ours. I don’t know what you have to do to have THREE BEAUTIFUL ladies in your life. (I think he knows how lucky he is.) The weather held out again for a beautiful fall day. The two little ones were excellent and I was able to get in some Ariel talk with the oldest one. I’m well versed on Ariel. It was fun to be together and feel the love from this family. Thanks so much you guys and the rest are coming soon!

Family Preview
I have to admit that I was a little worried we would not be able to have nice weather and a beautiful fall spot after all the snow last week. But, I think we found the place…it’s so beautiful it makes me want to cry. And this family, oh this family. I couldn’t stop editing pics. Speaking of pics, the rest are ready to view as well…so check your email for the details and be prepared for a lot of pics. :) Thanks for a fun afternoon you guys!!!

A Garden Party
As promised, the reception pics for Shalisa and Mike. It was such a fun night, not only because they are family, but just because everything was beautiful. And the scene was just amazing. A true garden party.

During the speeches the cake gave out. No worries…
it was just going into the face.

The lucky young lady…or I mean lucky young man of the night was a surprise.
And then there was another lucky young man.
Everyone danced all night.

The thing I love most about weddings are the sweet moments, especially with the fam.

And they were off. Congrats you two! We love you.
