Blogging is kind of hard for me. I don’t know how you all do it! I needed a break, but I think I’m ready to get back into the swing of things and blog more regularly. I will be posting my kid and family work on this blog again, and the wedding stuff will be on Chris‘ blog for the most part.

I was lucky to take our good friend’s pictures, and they have 7 kids under 7 (2 singles, triplets and twins……). I love this picture. This is how all family portraits should look. :) I hope to share more soon. What a sweet fam. I’m really, REALLY, really behind on blogging though. I hope to get caught up someday, but for now bits and pieces of the sessions. You can check out my latest work on www.rebophotography.com/blog. Update your google readers, your blogs, etc., so you can get the latest from there. Again, this blog will be for my personal work.
Houston is full! I may be able to squeeze in some sessions on that Friday, but Saturday is full. I’m so excited and can’t wait!!!
The workshop still has some spots, just a couple though. It will be fun and you’ll learn lots and there probably will be a lot of chocolate there too. So come! See you there.

Lake Washington in Seattle

My trip to Seattle was a bit hectic thanks to experiencing lots of sickness while there. I was lucky to have the stomach flu. I knew there was something wrong when PF Changs and Trophy cupcakes didn’t sound good while spending time with friends in downtown Seattle. The next couple days was followed by taking one of the kids to the urgent care for the beginnings of pneumonia and such. No fun.
Luckily I was able to get some shoots done before the sickness came, such as with this family. All I can say is AMMMMMMMAAAAAAZIINNNNNNG family. Wonderful kids! I had such a great time with them and was just overall so impressed with each one of them. They braved the rainy, cold weather of Seattle and we even got to have lunch at Ivar’s when we were done, one of my favs. Thanks for a great shoot.

For Christmas I was just 4 hours outside of Forks, WA (anyone ever heard of it?) where I was able to spend time with the fam. We ran out to take pics on probably the coldest and wettest day, but the scenery was AMAZING.

Last week I was able to photograph another great family/friends of ours. I don’t know what you have to do to have THREE BEAUTIFUL ladies in your life. (I think he knows how lucky he is.) The weather held out again for a beautiful fall day. The two little ones were excellent and I was able to get in some Ariel talk with the oldest one. I’m well versed on Ariel. It was fun to be together and feel the love from this family. Thanks so much you guys and the rest are coming soon!

I have to admit that I was a little worried we would not be able to have nice weather and a beautiful fall spot after all the snow last week. But, I think we found the place…it’s so beautiful it makes me want to cry. And this family, oh this family. I couldn’t stop editing pics.
